PrairieLink’s primary focus is small business IT and infrastructure. Residential service is available on a limited basis for homeowners who want professional-grade support.

All prices in Canadian dollars and subject to GST. Travel within Calgary city limits is included. Visits outside the city may include a travel fee, quoted in advance.

Do you require a service contract?
No. Service can be booked as-needed. For recurring needs, we can discuss a predictable schedule, but contracts are not required.
What do you typically fix first?
Stability issues: Wi-Fi, switching, cabling, and obvious configuration problems. Then we move to devices, printers, and workflow blockers.
Do you sell hardware?
Primarily services and advice. If equipment is recommended, we can specify what to buy and help you source from your preferred retailer.
Can you handle cabling and office cleanups?
Yes. Structured cabling, patch panels, rack organization, labeling, and general office infrastructure cleanup are common requests.
Do you provide Microsoft 365 or cloud administration?
No. PrairieLink focuses on on-site network, infrastructure, and device support. If you need specialized cloud administration, we can suggest a suitable provider.
How quickly can you respond?
Scheduling depends on workload. Provide preferred times in the request form and we’ll propose the earliest suitable slot.
